What you will do:

  • Plan, prepare, issue, distribute, and control schedules (pre-production, production, crane, and installation schedules).
  • Coordinate equipment and material requirements to ensure a controlled flow of approved materials. Issue work orders as required.
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow for all project phases and ensure communication with clients and all involved departments to meet deadlines.
  • Coordinate activities across departments, functions, and external suppliers for seamless schedule execution.
  • Provide solutions and alternatives to scheduling conflicts immediately.
  • Ensure scheduling deadlines are met.
  • Identify and implement planning systems.
  • Continuously improve forecasting tools and procedures through innovative ideas and projects.
  • Lead necessary meetings with involved departments if the plan must be changed.
  • Participate in business planning to schedule future activities.
  • Obtain necessary permits for projects.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure optimal resource utilization.
What you will need to succeed:

  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and deliver results under tight deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail.
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude and motivation to solve complex challenges.
