About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Project Manager to serve as our utility clients' primary point of contact. The Project Manager will provide support and leadership across coordinated internal departments, including the Call Centre, Field Service Technicians, Accounts Receivable, Safety Coordinator, and Management Team. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed successfully and on time and meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain a detailed project plan that identifies and sequences the activities and tasks needed to complete projects successfully.

• Generate and update a detailed area polygon map with the existing GIS data.

• Participate in project deployment plan strategy planning.

• Monitor the project's progress, cost, and scope of work and adjust as necessary to ensure its successful completion.

• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to schedule, install, and manage data requirements for the supply and installation of utility meters.

• Maintain compliance with customers’ progress reporting requirements.

• Ensure quality management to ensure that installation data is accurate and meets the customers’ needs.

• Perform ad-hoc analysis and routine project reporting to management.

• Interface with lead hands and installation team members to ensure work is clearly communicated and kept on track.

What You Bring:

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is preferred.

• 2-5 years of experience in project management.

• 2-5 years of experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, Google Earth, etc.)

• Strong analytical skills and self-motivation.

• Advanced knowledge and experience in project reporting.

• Experience with CRM software.

• Attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities.

• Organized and logical approach to tasks.
