Raise is currently hiring a Project Manager on behalf of our client. They’re expanding their team to meet growing needs, making this a unique opportunity to work with an industry leader. Our Client is a market leading financial institution.

Note: The primary pay rate is based on T4 classification; however, we will also consider applications from candidates interested in an INC classification, where applicable.

Description

The Project Manager in this role will lead complex, high-visibility technology initiatives. In this role, you will bridge technical and business domains, driving execution across critical enterprise projects including the SNP Glue Upgrade Project, CMHC Load Remediation, and the Salesforce-Docusign API Migration. You will own end-to-end project lifecycles—partnering closely with Technology Enablement, business units, and external vendors—to ensure rigorous quality management, seamless data integration, and strict adherence to regulatory standards within our client’s financial ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder & Scope Management: Partner with Technology Enablement, Business, and third-party stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with the Program Manager to set program standards (focusing on quality management) and ensure all activities align with broader portfolio goals.
• Execution & Planning: Develop and execute detailed project plans, including resource allocation, timelines, and budget oversight.
• Risk Mitigation: Proactively identify and address risks/issues throughout the project lifecycle; deliver data-driven reports highlighting achievements, risks, and financial status.
• Team Leadership & Vendor Management: Lead cross-functional teams and external vendors, providing the guidance necessary to meet milestones while fostering strong stakeholder relationships.
• Artifact Excellence: Produce and maintain project artifacts to the highest standards, ensuring continuity and clarity for the duration of the engagement.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of IT project management experience with demonstrated technical fluency in navigating complex SAP landscapes, data integration pipelines, and software development lifecycles (SDLC).
• Deep working knowledge of financial services environments, including governance, risk, and regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., executing critical compliance initiatives like CMHC load remediation).
• Proven track record (3+ years) managing cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholders for large-scale initiatives, featuring exceptional emotional intelligence (EQ), political objectivity, and proactive risk mitigation.
• Practical experience overseeing API integrations and multi-platform migrations (such as Salesforce-Docusign implementations) across internal development teams and third-party vendors.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills tailored for translating complex technical concepts into clear business language, with an uncompromising focus on tangible milestones and precision documentation.
• Education and Certifications
• An undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Finance, or a related field.
• Active professional designation (such as PMP or PMI-ACP) backed by hands‑on proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
