Position Overview

A leading organization in the electric utilities and infrastructure sector is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of capital projects and programs. This role is responsible for overseeing project scope, schedule, budget, safety, and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful candidate will provide leadership to multidisciplinary teams while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of project business cases, funding approvals, project scope, cost estimates, schedules, and success criteria.

Qualifications

• Professional Engineer (P.Eng.), Registered Engineering Technologist (R.E.T.), or a related background in Engineering, Business, Commerce, or Project Management.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) designation required.

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably within utilities, power, energy, industrial, or infrastructure environments.

• Strong understanding of project management principles, including cost estimating, forecasting, scheduling, procurement, and contract management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
