My client, a well-known excavation company, is looking for ahighlymotivated Civil Construction Project Manager to join their team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of civil construction projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project budgets and costs, ensuring projects are completed within financial constraints.
• Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Lead and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including contracts, permits, and progress reports.
• Strong leadership and team management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the civil construction industry.
• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
