The Toronto Transit Commission (TTC), North America's third largest transit system, has introduced its new 2024-2028 TTC Corporate Plan - Moving Toronto, Connecting Communities which continues the TTC’s legacy of delivering service to hundreds of millions of customers a year.
As an important member of the ECE PMO you will be responsible for managing and developing PMO Governing Documents, the Enterprise Project Controls and Management System, and data integrity in capital projects reporting.
You will accomplish this by collaborating with ECE staff, other TTC Groups/Departments/Sections, external agencies, and subject matter experts to gain in-depth understanding of corporate directives, standards, processes, tools, data sources, services, and the context in which the business operates.
In this role you will assess external documents, coordinate reviews for accuracy and approval, maintaining document revisions, and implementing changes with a focus on quality and data management. Additionally, the Specialist will develop and deliver training programs for Governing Documents.
You will support the selection, development, and rollout of the Enterprise Project Controls and Management System (Contruent). The role includes managing the system as an administrator and superuser, creating and maintaining issue logs, initiating and archiving projects, and developing a community of practice to guide users and troubleshoot issues.
As the Specialist you will oversee data and reporting integrity for the Enterprise Project Controls Tool. Responsibilities include developing custom dashboards and reports, compiling lessons learned, and ensuring alignment with TTC Finance/PMO requirements across multiple systems.
