Job summary

SEGULA Technologies Canada in Montreal is seeking a Project Logistics & Transportation Engineer to support major wind energy projects. You will assess feasibility of transporting oversized turbine components—from ports to wind farm sites including blades, towers, nacelles, and other heavy equipment.

The role involves conducting feasibility studies, routing validation, coordinating with ports and heavy-haul providers, and supporting planning, risk assessments, and stakeholder communications

Responsibilities

• Conductport and transportation feasibility studies.
• Survey and validate routes from ports to project sites.
• Identify constraints related to road geometry, bridges, turning radius, clearances, gradients and load capacity.
• Assess infrastructure requirements and recommend necessary modifications.
• Coordinate with ports, heavy-haul transportation companies, engineering firms and logistics providers.
• Support project planning, risk assessment, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
• Conduct field visits to ports, roads, suppliers and project sites.
• Coordinate with international project teams and Canadian stakeholders.
