We are seeking a motivated and experienced Project Leader – Engineering Systems to join their team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about project management, product development, and cross-functional collaboration. You will lead design projects from concept to completion, drive process improvements, manage customer-facing tools, and support the transition of development projects into production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead weekly cross-functional Design Release meetings, ensuring project actions are executed and issues resolved efficiently.
• Collaborate with departments to address order-related issues and incorporate lessons learned into processes.
• Standardize design models across product lines to enhance consistency and quality.
• Recommend and implement best practices in project management tools and systems.
• Oversee customer-facing quote tools, introducing new features and ensuring effectiveness.
• Support engineering change management practices with clear documentation and timely execution.
• Ensure project deliverables, documentation, and processes meet industry standards and quality expectations.

Qualifications:

• Post-secondary education in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management experience.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software and Microsoft Office applications.
