Responsibilities

• Lead large, complex projects including budget creation, cost tracking, resource assignment, and managing interdependencies, focusing on technology, business, and process changes in healthcare.
• Manage projects with organizational change management strategies using structured methodologies such as Prosci.
• Implement large transformational projects including organizational redesign.
• Plan and implement a Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring system at a provincial level.
• Collaborate with Indigenous/First Nations leadership and project stakeholders.
• Work with multiple government departments and report to government leadership, including projects with post-secondary institutions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid PMP Certification
• Valid Prosci (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
• At least 10 years of experience leading large, complex healthcare projects with budget and resource management
• At least 7 years managing projects with organizational change strategies using methodologies like Prosci
• At least 5 years implementing transformational projects including organizational redesign
• At least 3 years planning and implementing provincial-scale Public Health Surveillance and Monitoring systems
• At least 1 year collaborating with multiple government departments and reporting to leadership
• At least 1 year working with post-secondary educational facilities
• Criminal background check required
