Job description

We are seeking an experienced project leader to manage complex, non-IT projects from initiation to closure.

This role involves guiding a team of project managers, managing stakeholders, and ensuring successful project delivery.

• Lead end-to-end project delivery, from planning to execution and closure
• Manage and support a team of project managers
• Gather requirements, analyze data, and create project plans
• Track progress, mitigate risks, and report to stakeholders
• Deliver executive presentations and drive issue resolution
• Liaise with business teams, vendors, and technology groups
• Oversee integration, resource planning, and contract approvals

Requirements & Skills

The ideal candidate will have :

• 5+ years of experience as a project manager in the financial industry
• Expertise in requirements gathering, project coordination, and status reporting
• Strong proficiency in MS Project, Excel (Pivot Tables, SUM, etc.), and PowerPoint
• Exceptional presentation skills and experience interfacing with stakeholders and executives
• Case Management
• Strong business and strategic planning knowledge
• Familiarity with production processes, cost control, and quality assurance methods
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and performance evaluation

Preferred Qualifications

Nice to have :

• Experience with Project Portfolio Management (PPM) software
• Familiarity or prior implementation experience with Resolver
• Former Business Analyst experience
• Proficiency in Visio for process mapping and documentation
• Previous experience working in risk-focused environments

Education & Certifications

The ideal candidate will have :

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• PMI or PMP certification preferred
