With 10+ years in engineering management, you will apply systems engineering and industry standards, mentor teams, and drive on‑time, on‑budget delivery while optimizing lifecycle costs for mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or related field, with PE accreditation preferred.
• Minimum 10 years in engineering management, ideally in rail or large-scale infra projects.
• Experience with systems engineering, project management tools, and industry standards (e.g., CENELEC, ISO, PMBOK).
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scalable engineering solutions for large rail projects, aligning with global standards and local requirements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between engineering, operations and client stakeholders to deliver integrated outcomes.
