Job summary

City of Regina in Regina, SK is seeking a project engineer - building systems to lead analysis, planning, and design for transportation networks. You will report to a Senior Engineer and help advance the Transportation Master Plan, guiding budgets and consultants.

Ideal candidates have degrees in civil or related fields, strong PM and communication skills, and hands-on experience with CAD, ArcGIS, EMME, and SYNCHRO. This is an on-site role with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil, Transportation, Systems Engineering, Planning, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Experience in transportation planning, traffic engineering, transportation design, or related project work.
• Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of CAD, ArcGIS, EMME, SYNCHRO, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering analysis, planning, and design initiatives for transportation networks.
• Contribute to transportation projects and guide planning efforts for the Transportation Master Plan.
• Manage consultants and project budgets and support implementation and advancement of the plan.
