Job summary

Rally Engineering Inc seeks a proactive Project Engineer in Sherwood Park, AB and project sites to coordinate engineering deliverables from conception to completion. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technical accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to timelines.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Mechanical or Process Engineering, experience in industrial projects, and ability to coordinate multi-discipline teams. Travel to project sites and client locations is expected.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Process Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in a project environment within industrial sectors is required.
  • Exposure to full project lifecycle (FEED, detailed design, procurement, construction, commissioning) is valued.
  • Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams rather than purely discipline-specific design.
  • Strong data collection and analysis skills with relevant tools.
  • Excellent communication across multidisciplinary teams and service-oriented attitude.

Location: Sherwood Park, AB and Project Sites

Pay Range: $40.00/hr - $65.00/hr (Compensation will be commensurate with education & experience.)

Travel: Required to travel to project sites and client locations.

Rally Engineering Inc is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating engineering deliverable from conception through completion, ensuring technical accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to project timelines. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions that meet client specifications and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating engineering design activities and ensuring deliverables meet project specifications
  • Acting as a liaison between engineering, procurement, vendors, and construction teams
