Rheaume Engineering Inc. is seeking a full‑time Project Support Specialist to join our team in either Grande Prairie or Calgary, Alberta.

Founded in 2005, Rheaume is a 40‑person EPC firm that focuses on engineering, procurement, and construction management projects in energy, mining, pulp & paper, and agriculture sectors.

Role Description

• Procurement activities:
• Liaise with industry vendors
• Work with engineers to develop bid packages
• Coordinate bidding
• Prepare bid evaluations
• Issue POs
• Work with engineers to manage equipment package fabrication
• Coordinate inspections and expedite equipment deliveries
• Project controls activities:
• Develop schedules in MS Project
• Perform weekly project engineering cost reports
• Assist PMs with coordinating resources, tracking efficiencies, and creating project status reports
• Track and report on project execution and deliverables
• Track and report on company utilization and resource forecasting

Candidate Requirements

• Must be currently living in Grande Prairie or Calgary
• Must have MS Project experience
