Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Canada is seeking a Project Engineer in Mississauga to lead cross-functional teams on the Elevate Engine program from Certification through to Post-Certification.

The role requires a solid Engineering Degree and at least 10 years of experience in Development and Project Engineering, with strong English skills for international collaboration.

Key Areas of Expertise: Engineering classification engaged in product development encompassing primarily the Project/Program Management engineering discipline. The Elevate Project Management Team is looking for candidates for Project Engineer position, focused on Engineering Module / System Management, with customer interface opportunities. The position is based at our Mississauga location, from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.

  • Understanding and familiarity of Development Engineering and Project Engineering
  • This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.

  • Experience in Development and Project Engineering
  • Experience working with DAO (preferably already acting as DAA on another Program)
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing and/or Aftermarket

The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
