About the Role

Responsibilities

• Lead capital and process improvement projects, managing scopes, schedules, costs, and contractors.
• Ensure clear communication with stakeholders from project inception to completion.
• Manage contractors, develop detailed scopes of work, and oversee contracts to meet quality and budget standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to drive projects forward.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and provide technical support to operations.
• Maintain safety protocols and quality assurance standards on all projects.
• Develop equipment standards and train plant personnel on new technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent technical diploma.
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing and project management.
