Job description

CIMCO is looking for a Project Engineer to join our Engineering Department in Burlington.

Role Responsibilities

1. Development and design of industrial refrigeration systems
2. Comprehensive drawing of mechanical and/or electrical systems
3. Realization of technical surveys
4. Selection and purchase of equipment, materials, and the tracking of orders
5. Preparation of 'For Coordination', 'For Construction', and 'As Built' plans
6. Preparation of instruction and operation manuals
7. Monitoring work on multiple construction site(s)

Required Professional Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
• 1 to 5 years of experience (depending on the training received)
• Fresh/recent graduates considered
• Training and/or experience with AutoCAD and Revit (3D modeling)
• Ability to work with microcomputers
• English spoken and written
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of industrial refrigeration; screw compressors, NH3, CO2 (asset)
• Knowledge of the SAP platform (asset)
