Yondr Group seeks a Project Director to oversee the lifecycle of Hyper Scale Data Centre projects. This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 15 years of experience, capable of leading diverse teams and ensuring the successful execution of complex data center initiatives. Candidates should possess strong problem-solving and negotiation skills and a commitment to building collaborative partnerships.

About the Role
This role is suited to an individual driven by high standards, someone who has a proven record in taking data centre projects through the full project lifecycle. In addition, you will be able to show understanding and capability of resolving complex issues and have excellent negotiating skills.
Leading the project team working for an Owner, Developer, Operator to the successful delivery of a Hyper Scale Data Centre.
As the Project Director, you should have experience of managing skilled multidisciplinary teams. Ability to understand the wider picture while devoting attention to detail. You should be proactive, diligent, able and willing to think ahead and be able to manage difficult situations.
Attitude is characterised by enthusiasm, customer first mentality and solutions driven. A collaborative manager able to foster trust-based partnerships. Quality focus and driven to drive project efficiency.
Enable and provide as necessary, effective commercial risk management and problem resolution. To manage a professional team and supplier relationships (including that of the Contractor), ensuring development of skills for commercial staff.
To proactively set industry leading standards and culture.
