This established, leading, National GC with a proven history of delivering complex construction projects across various sectors including Commercial, Industrial & Institutional, is seeking their Project Director with a background in overseeing ICI projects, ideally with project values in the $20M-$50M range, from inception to completion.

Responsibilities :

• Leading and overseeing all aspects of project management, including forecasting, budgeting, risk management, scheduling, and execution for a portfolio of high-profile ICI projects
• Collaborating closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients
• Providing expertise and guidance on ICI construction methodologies, material selection, and value engineering solutions
• Developing and implementing project strategies to achieve project goals within budget and schedule constraints

Qualifications / Experience :

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in project management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
