Job summary

WSP Canada is seeking a Project Director to lead Project Managers, Area Managers, Engineering Managers and project engineers on Canada’s most complex energy, mining and heavy industry initiatives. Ideally you bring 20+ years of experience, strong governance and a track record in EPCM delivery, with the ability to develop client relationships and identify growth opportunities.

Location preference is the Greater Toronto Area or Sudbury; you will influence multi-phase programs and mentor

Qualifications

• Progressive project management experience in mining and heavy industrial sectors.
• Experience managing EPCM projects with on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Engineering degree or technical diploma; PMP certification an asset.
• Governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement expertise.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools; bilingual (English/French) is an asset.
• Collaborative leader in multidisciplinary environments.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YK: $177,000 to $234,400

MB & ON: $161,500 to $222,300

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $159,900 to $212,300
