Job summary

WSP’s Resources subsector in Canada invites an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead multidiscipline mining and heavy industrial projects. You will drive schedules, budgets, and workforce planning, coordinate engineering deliverables, and champion HSE and quality standards while engaging clients and stakeholders across diverse teams.

With 8+ years of consulting experience and a degree in engineering, you’ll navigate complex project environments, own cost control, and contribute to business

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Engineering; EIT, CET, or P.Eng. is an asset.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience in mining and/or heavy industrial projects.
  • 3+ years of hands-on project management in multidiscipline environments.
  • Strong client relationship skills within diverse project teams.
  • Highly organized, self-driven, and motivated to advance your career.
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

Compensation

AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $104,100 – $138,000

MB & ON: $95,000 – $130,800

NB, NL, NS, PEI & QC: $94,100 – $124,900
