Project Developer - Regional Initiatives
Salary Comment: The Pay Range is the minimum and maximum annual base salary based on full-time equivalent hours.
Incumbents are typically hired, transferred or promoted between the minimum and midpoint of the pay range based on their knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience in relation to the role requirements.
The top 10% of the pay range is for incumbents who are industry experts in the job with the combination of exceptional experience and competencies needed to perform all duties and responsibilities at a superior capability level.

The first of its kind in Canada, FNHA works as a health-and-wellness partner with BC First Nations to support self-determination and decision-making to improve health outcomes.
The Regional Operations team ensures that regional approaches and work processes in Vancouver Coastal Region areas align with FNHA policies. Supporting the Vice President, Regional Operations, the team engages and works with other regional Health Authorities, central services, communities, and health system partners.
Title: Project Developer, Regional Initiatives
Salary: $86,778 - $102,091 - $117,405 per year (pay range explained below)
Contract: Term (1 year period)
Hours: 37.5 hours (core hours 9am-3pm Mon-Fri)
Location: Park Royal Office, West Vancouver located on the ancestral Coast Salish Territories of the Squamish, Musqueam & Tsleil-Waututh Nations.

Your expertise will guide enhancements in reporting, quality assurance, and the sustainability of regional services, all while working in a dynamic, matrixed environment that fosters collaboration and innovation.
