Rexel Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator (Temporary Contract-Full Time) based in Winnipeg. You will provide day-to-day administrative support to the Project Management team, manage orders, tracking, and liaise with vendors, sales, management and customers.

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will expedite orders, process shop drawings, and help ensure accurate billing while delivering strong customer service and brand consistency.

Competenze

• Minimum 2–3 years of related project support experience.
• Sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain positive supplier and customer relationships.
• Capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.

Mansioni

• Maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System.
• Enter purchase orders and track all project orders.
• Expedite orders and reconcile final bills with customer POs.
• Coordinate between vendors, sales, management and customers.
• Process shop drawings for approval/record purposes.
• Act as Brand Ambassador, support sales, and enhance customer experiences.

Job Description

As the Project Coordinator (Temporary Contract-Full Time) based in Winnipeg, you will oversee day-to-day assigned projects providing advice and guidance as required. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Project Management team.

• You will maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System.
• You will handle purchase order entries and maintain order tracking for all project orders.
• Expedite and conduct follow up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders
• You will coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management and our customers.
• You will process shop drawings for approval/record purposes.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
• You have sales experience (an asset but not required).
• You are organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve concerns that may occur.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment within time constraints.
