Job summary

Rexel Canada is seeking a Project Coordinator (Temporary Contract-Full Time) in Winnipeg to manage day-to-day project tasks and provide broad administrative support to the Project Management team. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will handle orders, tracking, and coordination among vendors, sales, and customers.

You will process shop drawings, reconcile final billings, and help brand initiatives while maintaining excellent supplier and customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of related experience.
• Sales experience is an asset but not required.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal/communication skills.
• Ability to maintain positive relationships with suppliers and customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time constraints.

Responsibilities

• Maintain day-to-day project tasks and documentation.
• Coordinate purchase orders and order tracking for all project orders.
• Expedite orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders.
• Interface between vendors, sales team, management and customers.
• Process shop drawings for approval/record purposes.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to support sales and brand image.

Job Description

As the Project Coordinator (Temporary Contract-Full Time) based in Winnipeg, you will oversee day-to-day assigned projects providing advice and guidance as required. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will provide a wide range of administrative support to the Project Management team.

• You will maintain customer orders using the Direct Project Management System.
• You will handle purchase order entries and maintain order tracking for all project orders.
• Expedite and conduct follow up on orders and reconcile final billings with customer purchase orders
• You will coordinate and interface between our vendors, sales team, management and our customers.
• You will process shop drawings for approval/record purposes.
• You will be a Brand Ambassador, by building brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences. You will consistently ensure that our corporate image is reflected.

Qualifications

• You have a minimum of 2-3 years of related experience.
• You have sales experience (an asset but not required).
• You are organized with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• You are able to maintain positive business relationships with suppliers and customers and resolve concerns that may occur.
• You are able to work in a fast-paced environment within time constraints.
