MacEwan University is seeking a part-time (0.8 FTE) Project Coordinator for a 15‑month, non-recurring term with the School of Continuing Education. The role translates project goals into actionable plans, manages schedules, budgets, and documentation, and coordinates communication among stakeholders.
You will implement best practices to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget, while supporting QA, reporting, and evaluation.
Part-Time Non Recurring Term (less than 35 hours per week) MSU Band E (Steps 1-8): $32.353 - $47.042 per hour. $47,106 - $68,493 per annum (Based on 28 hours per week). The competition will remain open until a suitable candidate is found.

MacEwan University is seeking a Project Coordinator for a part-time (0.8 FTE) 15-month, non-recurring term opportunity with the School of Continuing Education.
The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the planning, organization, and delivery of projects that advance the School of Continuing Education’s (SCE) strategic goals. Under the direction of the Senior Business Development Officer, the Project Coordinator translates established project goals and priorities into actionable project plans and ensures activities remain aligned with defined outcomes. You will manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and documentation, facilitating communication among internal and external stakeholders, and supporting quality assurance, reporting, and evaluation. By applying project management best practices, you will help ensure that projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, and in alignment with institutional policies and stakeholder requirements.
Where projects are grant-funded, the role also coordinates compliance, reporting, and financial accountability activities to ensure projects meet funding requirements and deliverables.
