Job Overview

We are a growing Calgary-based mechanical contractor ($4–5M annual revenue, 10-person team) specializing in commercial, tenant improvements, and multi-unit residential projects. We are expanding into larger multi-family and multi-building commercial developments and are hiring a high-performing Project Coordinator to help build the next stage of the company.

This is not an admin role.

This is a career-building role with a clear path to Project Manager.

You will work directly with ownership and play a key role in tightening systems, protecting margins, and supporting larger-scale projects.

Responsibilities

You will bring organization, urgency, and accountability to every active project.

• Submittals and document control
• RFI drafting and tracking
• Change order documentation and log management
• Purchase orders and material tracking
• Labour and cost tracking support
• Meeting minutes and action item follow-up

Skills

3–7 years construction coordination experience.
