Iconic Power Systems is seeking a Project Coordinator in Mississauga to support day-to-day administration for project-based submissions, schedules, RFIs, billing, and client reporting. You will liaise with Project Managers and Supervisors to ensure timely deliverables and maintain documentation.
The role emphasizes cost controls, reporting, and collaboration with construction teams in a dynamic setting. A valid driver’s license is required and health/RRSP benefits are offered.
Salary Range: $72,000.00 To $75,000.00 Annually

Reporting to the Director of Projects, this role works closely with the Project Management Team, Construction Supervisors and Operations for the successful delivery of Iconic Projects. This role works closely with the Construction Supervisors and Operations to support successful project and construction execution as well as development and submission of information to the client.
The Project Coordinator role is responsible for the day-to-day administration for project-based submissions, including but not limited to project schedule, change management log/documentations, RFI submissions and tracking, document control, quantity accruals, invoice, cash flow, and forecast updates, client reports preparation, logistics management and the preparation and updating of project scheduling.
