Ledcor Technical Services is seeking a Project Coordinator – License Specialist to support project teams by coordinating licensing requirements for business and contractors. You will maintain records, handle renewals, and work with operations, legal, risk, and external partners to ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years of licensing or regulatory support, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and shared document systems.
You are a Project Coordinator – License Specialist who will provide specialized support to project teams by coordinating and maintaining business and contractor licensing requirements. Working collaboratively with operations, management, legal, risk and other internal stakeholders, you will ensure licenses are obtained and renewed in a timely manner while maintaining accurate licensing records and documentation.
Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities will help ensure licensing requirements are effectively managed throughout the project lifecycle.
$48,000.00 - $66,000.00
This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
