Canadian Forces Morale and Welfare Services (CFMWS) in Ottawa, ON is seeking a skilled administrator to coordinate programmes and manage projects for CAF members and families. The role focuses on scheduling, reporting, budgeting and policy implementation within a hybrid work setup.

College diploma or certificate in a related field AND several years of experience in administration or a related field
Project Coordination: Assisting the practice leadership management team with scheduling, recruitment, database management and licensing applications and verifications. Working with managers to develop content for advisors including maintaining and updating online tools for insurance services. Conducting research and analysing data to make process improvements, recommendations, or gain insight on the delivery of programmes, projects, events and other organisational activities.
Business Support: Assisting with insurance services various required support such as coordination of meetings, KPI reporting, budgeting, invoice processing and document management. Participating in the development and review of policies, procedures and business processes. Performing and coordinating day‑to‑day administration activities and other related duties as required.

This is a hybrid position with an assigned work location allowing the employee to work partly from a corporate office and partly from a home office in accordance with the CFMWS Flexible Work Options Policy, and with approval from the direct manager.
Salary plus Employee Performance Plan.
