Agilus is recruiting for a Project Coordinator III in the Midstream Oil and Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta.

Our Midstream client is hiring a project coordinator for a 1-year contract with potential extension. The role requires expertise in occupancy and space planning, project coordination, scenario planning, project execution, supply management, and client relationship management.

A typical day:

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
2. Develop space and occupancy solutions that meet emerging business needs, adhering to project scope, design budget, and schedule standards.
3. Maintain accurate space plans and occupancy data in Tango, utilizing data analysis for scenario development and recommendations.
4. Negotiate effectively to reach solutions and maintain strong client relationships.
5. Outline project scope, coordinate with design/construction teams, and prepare final documents for approval.
6. Develop occupancy and migration plans using data and Tango software.
7. Provide high-quality reporting and analysis to support data-driven decisions.
8. Educate clients on space and occupancy policies and procedures, and notify managers of non-compliance.

Successful candidates will have:

• 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with occupancy/space planning background.
• Strong project management skills (certification is an asset).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including pivot tables, V-lookup, charts, formulas, and storytelling with data.
• Experience with Tango or other CAFM systems.
• Ability to guide junior team members or coordinate a small team.

• Clear, concise, and professional communication, keeping others well-informed.
• Effective negotiation, facilitation, risk communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to influence outcomes.
