Job Overview

Agilus is recruiting for a Project Coordinator III in the Midstream Oil and Gas Industry in Calgary, Alberta. This is a 1-year contract role with potential for extension, requiring occupancy and space planning expertise, project coordination, and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver projects on time and within budget.
2. Develop space and occupancy solutions aligning with business needs and standards.
3. Maintain accurate space plans and occupancy data using Tango, and perform data analysis for scenario planning.
4. Negotiate solutions and foster strong client relationships.
5. Outline project scope, coordinate design/construction, and prepare final documents.
6. Develop occupancy and migration plans for execution.
7. Provide high-quality reporting and analysis for decision-making.
8. Educate clients on policies and procedures, notifying managers of non-compliance.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in occupancy/space planning roles.
• Strong project management skills; certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including advanced data analysis.
• Experience with Tango or similar CAFM systems.
• Leadership experience or team coordination skills are desirable.

Soft Skills

• Clear, concise, and professional communication.
• Effective negotiation, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Ability to influence and manage relationships.
