Salary: $70-$80k + Commission+ Benefits + VehicleOur client is a well-established and rapidly growing damage restoration company serving the Greater Toronto Area. Their team is committed to providing prompt, professional, and high-quality service to clients dealing with fire, flood, mold, and other types of property damage.
They are currently looking for a Project Coordinator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping people restore their properties and peace of mind.About This Role:As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and field teams in coordinating restoration projects from initiation through to completion. Your role is essential in ensuring jobs are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget—while keeping clients informed and satisfied every step of the way.Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate and track multiple restoration projects, including fire, water, mold, and storm damage.
- Liaise between insurance adjusters, trades, clients, and project managers.
- Prepare work orders, purchase orders, and job schedules.
- Assist in estimating, scope development, and change order management.
- Manage documentation, project files, permits, and compliance records.
- Ensure health & safety protocols are followed on all job sites.
- Provide administrative and logistical support to field teams.
- Handle customer inquiries, scheduling, and status updates.
Qualifications:- 2+ years of Canadian experience in a project coordination or administration role in construction or restoration.
- Knowledge of the property restoration industry (fire/water/mold) is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with Xactimate or similar estimating software is an asset.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.
