Project Coordinator - Civil Infrastructure

We are seeking talented Project Coordinators to support our Infrastructure division, focusing on transit and transportation projects such as roads, bridges, interchanges, LRTs, BRTs, and airports. About The Role

The Project Coordinator will support future infrastructure projects, reporting to the Project Manager. Responsibilities include coordinating, scheduling, quantity surveying, reporting, and quality control functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor labour, equipment, material, and subtrade costs daily, weekly, and monthly
  • Review and update cost accruals with the Project Manager
  • Review and code timesheets for proper cost allocation
  • Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules
  • Monitor actual construction against schedules, identify critical paths, and oversee manpower and material deliveries
  • Submit requisitions for materials and equipment, and complete receiving documentation
  • Manage drawings, revisions, site instructions, and change orders
  • Maintain QA / QC documentation, testing, and inspection records
  • Attend meetings and provide written documentation for clarifications and instructions

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering, or completion of a Certified Engineering Technologist program
  • Experience in a similar role within a construction or infrastructure setting is preferred
