The Role

As a Project Coordinator reporting to the Senior Manager of Retail Optimization and Transformation, you will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of projects that enhance retail store operations. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills and a desire to grow in project management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information
  • Assist in the development of project plans and schedules
  • Track project progress and update documentation accordingly
  • Support communication between project stakeholders and teams
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials
  • Help identify and resolve project issues and risks
  • Maintain project documentation and ensure it is up to date
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
  • Familiarity with project management tools and reporting platforms is an asset
Education and Experience
  • 1–2 years of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in retail or telecommunications
  • Post-secondary education in business, communications, or a related field
  • Exposure to project management methodologies is an asset
  • Experience with SQL/SAS or reporting tools is a plus
  • French verbal and written fluency is required
