What you will be doing:
Coordinate project activities, resources, and documentation across multiple teams and departments.
Support project planning, execution, and delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
Track progress and performance, proactively identify risks, and support mitigation strategies.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including daily standups, status updates, retrospectives, and stakeholder reviews.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including status reports, schedules, RAID logs, and meeting minutes.
Work closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.
Assist in resource planning and allocation in collaboration with project managers and department leads.
Utilize AWS services (as a user) to support project documentation storage, resource tracking, and understanding cloud-based project elements.
Coordinate with DevOps, infrastructure, and engineering teams to track project dependencies hosted on AWS.
What you must have:
6–8 years of experiencein project coordination or project management in a technology-driven environment.
Demonstrated experience supporting multiple concurrent projects.
User-level experience withAmazon Web Services (AWS)– e.g., familiarity with EC2, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, etc.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
