What You’ll Do

  • Be a main point of contact for team members and help keep everyone connected and informed
  • Keep project files and records up to date and easy to access
  • Collect and review project data, and create basic reports for managers
  • Set up and run meetings — prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items
  • Help plan events and workshops, including booking spaces, setting up tech, and arranging food
  • Organize travel plans for team members, including flights, hotels, and transportation
  • Update project guidelines and make sure documents are properly stored and managed
  • Help with other tasks or special projects as needed
  • Look for ways to improve how projects are managed and suggest better ways to get things done
  • Stay on top of multiple tasks and keep everything running smoothly

What You Need

  • A diploma or certificate in business administration or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting technical or project-based teams
  • Strong knowledge of document and information management principles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
  • Familiarity with project management software (e.g., MS Project or Primavera)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience managing large-scale corporate events involving diverse teams and large audiences
