Responsibilities

  • Plan and oversee end-to-end delivery of assigned projects.
  • Define scope, deliverables and requirements with clients.
  • Develops and implements project plans and schedules.
  • Determine resources, budgets, costs and timelines.
  • Monitor delivery against timelines and ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate project team activities and task completion.
  • Communicate project status to stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects meet scope, budget and safety requirements.
  • Client relationship management and issue resolution.
  • Other duties as assigned.

SUMMARY

Withsupervision,theProjectCoordinatorisresponsibleforplanning,developinganddeliveringassignedprojectswithinscope, schedule, and contractbudget

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

For assigned projects:

  • Plans and oversees the end-to-end delivery of assigned projects. At this level, projects managed are typically of moderate complexity, risk andexposure.
  • Incollaborationwithclients,definesprojectscope,deliverablesandrequirements.
  • Developsandimplementsprojectplansandschedules.
  • Determinesresourceandbudgetrequirements,costestimates,andtimelines.
  • Monitorsprojectdeliveryagainsttimelinesandensurestimelycompletion.
  • Overseestheactivitiesofprojectteammembersandmonitorsprojecttaskcompletion.
  • Communicatesprojectstatustorelevantconcerned parties.
  • Ensuresprojectsaredeliveredontime,withinscope,budgetandrequirements,andcomplieswithallregulatory,environmentaland health and safetyrequirements.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Developsandmaintainseffectiverelationshipswithclients.
  • Responsibleforresolvingissues,managingclientexpectations,andensuringclientsatisfaction.
  • Other duties asassigned.

This is a regular, full-time position with a salary range of $54,185 - $67,732 per annum. The starting salary will be based on the successful candidate’s competencies, including but not limited to experience, education and performance related to this role.
