Job summary

Vancouver Pile Driving Ltd. (VanPile) in North Vancouver is seeking a Project Coordinator to join our family-owned marine construction team. You will support project plans, cost control, and scheduling across diverse civil and marine projects.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of heavy construction experience, a degree in Engineering or a Civil Technology diploma, and proficiency with Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project. We offer growth, competitive pay, and a supportive, BC-based company culture.

Responsibilities

• Track project costing, reporting, and financial performance.
• Establish and maintain project cost codes.
• Assist with subcontractor coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret project plans and specifications to support execution

Salary: $75 - $95k per annum

The actual salary offered to the successful candidate will be determined based on job-related factors including relevant experience, years of experience, qualifications, internal equity, and Carlson Construction Group’s compensation policy.
