  • Assets: Experience with Autodesk Inventor and ERP systems (e.g., Sage/Accpac, SAP).
  • Solid understanding of motor power supply, protection sizing, fuse selection, and automation concepts.
  • HVAC or combustion industry experience is a major asset but not required.
  • High level of accuracy in managing complex technical documentation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Review: Analyze project specifications, wiring schematics, and mechanical layout drawings to identify components.
  • BOM Management: Create and maintain Bills of Materials and project pick lists.
  • Procurement Support: Partner with Purchasing to order parts, track long-lead items, and maintain inventory.
  • Production Liaison: Align material availability with manufacturing schedules with the Production Manager.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with Sales and Engineering to track progress and communicate requirements to vendors.

As the Project Coordinator, you will be the vital link between design, purchasing, and production. You will be responsible for reviewing technical specifications, compiling Bills of Materials (BOMs), and coordinating the selection of components for industrial burner upgrades, automation systems, and electrical control panels.
