  • Coordinate requests for information, shop drawings, submittals, samples, and other project documentation.
  • Assist with project cost tracking, invoicing, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Communicate regularly with Site Supervisors and respond to project and site requirements.
  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project requirements to help identify gaps or conflicts.
  • Support quality control activities and the tracking of deficiencies and corrective actions.
  • Help maintain health & safety documentation and support compliance with company and project requirements.
  • Assist with project meetings, including agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up.
  • Support project closeout activities, including warranties, manuals, deficiencies, and final documentation.
  • Build professional, collaborative relationships with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.

What You Bring:

  • At least two years of Project Coordinator or related experience in the construction industry preferably working with a General Contractor.
  • Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering technology, architecture, or a related field is an asset.
  • Strong organizational, documentation, and follow-through skills.
