Job summary

Tomlinson Infrastructure is seeking a Project Coordinator in Kingston, ON to report to the Project Manager and Construction Manager. The Project Coordinator assists in all aspects of the project, including scheduling, submissions, customer relations, contract management, change management, project controls, quality control and safety.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit required project plans and submissions
• Produce traffic management plans, tracking completed work and extras
• Assist with preparation of contract schedules and tracking of daily productions
• Receive and process construction drawings, construction documents and shop drawings
• Compile monthly payment quantities
• Organize traffic control for large jobs
• Assist with change of works and change proposal process
• Monitor job costs and approve invoices
• Order materials and daily schedules
• Obtain permits and monitor compliance
• Order and process underground utility locates
• Eligible to participate on the Joint Health and Safety Committee
• Communicate with clients and manage subs

The Project Coordinator assists in all aspects of the project: scheduling, submissions, customer relations, contract management, change management, project controls, quality control and safety.
