Job summary

Enbridge Inc. is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and project teams across the full lifecycle.

You will gain exposure to planning, execution, and closeout while coordinating meetings, maintaining systems, and ensuring on-time delivery across the Core Programs initiatives. The role requires a technical degree or diploma and at least 4 years of project experience, with strong MS Office and familiarity with Power BI, SharePoint, and TEAMS considered an asset.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant project experience or equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.
  • Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI are assets.

Responsibilities

  • Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and project managers on upcoming deliverables.
  • Organize and participate in internal and external partner meetings as a single point of contact for PMs.
  • Ensure project systems (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle) are populated and maintained.
  • Lead coordination of project closeouts with construction, operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.
  • Track and resolve stakeholder requests, including third-party system access.
  • Create and send presentations and reports to relevant departments, companies, and agencies.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the country where the position is located without requiring sponsorship from Enbridge now or in the future.**What You Will Do:*** Provide regular look-ahead status reporting and support to the Pipeline Core Programs Execution Manager and a team of 5 Project Managers on upcoming deliverables ensuring pipeline right of way projects within the Core Programs Pipe Repair and Replacement Worktype Plan are progressing according to plan.* Organize, attend, and participate in internal and external partner meetings, providing a single point of contact for the Project Managers for various Core Programs Initiatives.* Ensure various Projects organizational and compliance systems are populated and maintained (Power BI, Kahua, SharePoint, JIRA, Maximo, Encompass, Oracle, etc.).* Lead the coordinator of project closeouts, working directly with construction, regional operations, project controls, environment, lands and finance stakeholders.* Track and ensure resolution of stakeholder requests. This includes third party access to Enbridge systems.* Make and send presentations and reports as needed to appropriate departments, companies, and agencies.**Who You Are**:* Degree, diploma, or certificate in a related technical field.* 4 or more years of relevant project experience or an equivalent combination of education and construction/engineering/operations experience.* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and office software tools. Experience with SharePoint, TEAMS and Power BI is an asset.* Motivated self-starter, with great people skills who work well independently in a fast-paced team environment.* Predict obstacles, challenges, and risks to proactively determine mitigation strategies and innovative solutions to problems.**Working Conditions:*** Office environment.* <10% travel for periodic trips to other Enbridge offices and remote field construction jobsites. Ability to travel throughout Canada and United States.
