We are looking for a Project Coordinator at our Calgary Office. This is a full-time permanent role, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Project Management. The role supports the Workforce Housing (WFH) and Major Projects division, as well as the Permanent Modular Construction (PMC) division, and the Fleet Management and Sales divisions, involving various aspects of construction projects from pursuit to closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage project files, both printed and electronic.
  2. Assist in preparing project proposals, estimates, and budgets.
  3. Coordinate with design teams and external consultants during design development.
  4. Support schedule development and management to ensure project delivery within baseline and client requirements.
  5. Monitor and communicate project progress, schedule, safety, and issues.
  6. Prepare Operation and Maintenance manuals for clients.
  7. Assist with procurement activities, including purchase orders and invoice reviews.
  8. Update financial reports related to project revenue and expenses.
  9. Support vendor/supplier pre-qualification and subcontractor agreements.
  10. Coordinate logistics and travel arrangements for staff and project personnel.
  11. Engage with experienced project managers, engineers, and other professionals across Canada and the US.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Recent engineering degree or related diploma, with 1-3 years of construction experience.
  • Proactive, organized, self-starter with strong teamwork skills.
  • Additional education in Engineering Technology, Construction Management, or Project Management is a plus.
  • Construction safety training (e.g., CSTS, H2S, OSHA) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with scheduling software (MS Project, Primavera P6) is a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally, with occasional work on-site.
