Job description

We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers in the execution of insurance restoration projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction and prior experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry. This role involves coordinating work orders, scheduling repairs, and maintaining excellent communication with homeowners throughout the repair process. The Project Coordinator must be highly organized, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Assist Project Managers with day-to-day project coordination tasks
  • Create work orders and schedule repairs in accordance with project timelines
  • Regularly review project files to ensure all key components (e.g., A&A, updated scheduler, XA control points) are addressed
  • Communicate with homeowners to obtain authorization forms and deductible payments
  • Maintain regular follow-up with subcontractors to ensure adherence to project schedules
  • Provide ongoing support and communication to homeowners to ensure satisfaction throughout the repair process
  • Identify and escalate any concerns or project delays to the appropriate Project Manager
  • Support various tasks that arise, ranging in urgency and nature

Skills & Qualifications :

  • Experience in the Insurance Restoration Industry is required
  • Strong background in construction and project coordination
  • Proficiency in software tools such as Proven Job Management (PSA & PSA Web), Docusketch, Encircle, Xactimate, and XactAnalysis is a strong asset
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and open to change based on client and insurance company needs
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering high-quality service
  • Looking for long-term employment with a dependable and dedicated mindset
