Job summary

Scotiabank Toronto is seeking a Project Control Officer to support planning, control, and monitoring of projects within the Enterprise Delivery Office. You will handle integrated scheduling, financial tracking, risk management, and governance support across multiple programs.

You will partner with Delivery Managers, Finance, and stakeholders to ensure timely, transparent delivery and adherence to enterprise standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related discipline.
• CAPM or PMP certification is an asset.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
• Experience in project controls, PMO or delivery support.

Responsibilities

• Maintain integrated project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies.
• Track and report on schedule, cost, scope, risks, and issues.
• Prepare executive-ready status reports and dashboards for governance.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Assist in change assessments and governance activities.
