Job summary

WB Melback Corporation is seeking a Construction Project Controls Specialist/Lead to manage project cost, schedule, and performance data to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. They will be responsible to create and maintain baselines, perform earned value management (EVM), analyze risks, and generate forecasting reports for stakeholders.

They act as the "navigator" for project managers by providing data-driven insights to guide project decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience with cost management and control, including CPI/SPI analysis.
• Ability to create baselines, perform EVM, and forecast project outcomes.
• Strong risk assessment and reporting for stakeholders.
• Solid knowledge of scheduling and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Monitor budgets, track actual costs vs forecasts, and manage cash flow.
• Identify scope changes, evaluate trends, and process change orders.
• Prepare reports and dashboards highlighting performance and risks.
• Maintain risk registers and conduct impact analyses with mitigation plans.
