Job summary

The candidate will create baselines, perform earned value management (EVM), analyze risks, and generate forecasting reports for stakeholders, acting as a navigator for project managers with data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze complex data sets, interpret metrics, and solve problems.
• Effective interpersonal skills to liaise between project managers, engineers, and clients.
• Understanding of construction processes, contract management, and project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Cost Management and Control: Monitor budgets, track actual costs vs forecast, manage cash flow, perform CPI/SPI analysis.
• Change Management: Identify, document, and evaluate scope changes and process change orders.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular management dashboards highlighting performance trends and risks.
• Risk Management: Maintain risk registers and conduct impact analysis to develop mitigations.
• Scheduling oversight with Primavera P6 or MS Project, track progress vs baseline and forecast completion.
