Qualifications

• Experience in project controls across large-scale projects.
• Strong cost management, budgeting, and variance analysis.
• Proficiency in schedule development and earned value tracking.

Responsibilities

• Implement and improve project controls systems for large-scale projects.
• Track project performance using KPIs such as CPI and SPI; prepare forecasts.
• Maintain the integrated project schedule using Primavera P6 and validate contractor schedules.
• Support change management by assessing variances and cost/schedule impacts.
