Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in business, accounting, finance, administration, or a related field.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with budgeting, cost tracking, reporting, accounting systems, or ERP systems is an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and SharePoint is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Support project setup, cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting.
• Monitor project costs and assist with budget updates.
• Assist with monthly reporting, accruals, and project documentation.
• Attend project meetings and support project status reporting.
• Maintain project records and documentation.
• Provide administrative and reporting support to project teams.
• Work collaboratively with operations, finance, contractors, and stakeholders.
