Role description

Arcadis is currently seeking a Design Project Control Professional to join the Mobility Global Business Area (GBA) in Canada. The successful candidate will bring demonstrated experience in leading the cost management function on major projects within the Design & Engineering sector, providing commercial and project controls leadership across the design phase of major capital projects. The position is focused on ensuring accurate cost reporting, forecasting, budget management, and estimates to complete, while supporting informed decision-making and the successful delivery of complex capital programmes through strong financial oversight, governance, analysis, and reporting.

Role accountabilities

In this role, you will establish and maintain project cost systems such as Oracle and Unifier, ensuring they are accurately configured and that cost data remains robust and reliable throughout the project lifecycle. You will oversee timesheet systems, labour cost allocation, and compliance with reporting requirements, while also preparing, analyzing, and presenting KPI metrics, dashboards
